SPS Commerce renews lease with SPS Tower, demonstrating commitment to downtown Minneapolis
SPS Commerce, a 20-year tenant and namesake of SPS Tower, has renewed its 200,000 sq. ft. lease with Sumitomo Corporation of Americas, SPS Tower’s owner, keeping its corporate headquarters at SPS Tower in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

SPS Commerce’s project partners include Rokos Advisors, Greiner Construction, and Gensler, who will shape the office design and everyday experience of employees. Rokos, which has worked with SPS Commerce for nearly a decade, represented the company in evaluating its office space.

SPS Tower, which is managed and leased by Transwestern, is a 655,070 sq. ft. Class A office building located at the east entrance to downtown Minneapolis. It ranks among the most stable downtown office properties, with occupancy exceeding 75 percent and long-term ownership support from Sumitomo Corporation.
